First, a comprehensive review of afoot(predicate) theories about cross-cultural adjustment and dissimilar learning techniques is presented. Then, the study looks at the preparation and training of expatriates at Ericsson in notification to these theories. In-depth interviews with two Area Managers at Ericsson receive been carried out in order to establish how the companys training chopine is structured. We found that Ericsson follows a sequential object lesson with both pre-departure and postarrival training, in the first place didactic in nature.
